The PA International Foundation and the PA companies serve the same purposes. However, the Foundation’s focus is humanitarian and not for profit, while the companies serve clients. This allows PA to holistically integrate multi-stakeholder approaches. That helps breaking deadlocks, bringing forward market access and creating a market pull allowing earlier and more funding options.
