70% of Earth’s surface is covered by water. But only 3% is potable. Even less is accessible. And too much of it is highly polluted. All life and industrial activity require water. No water, no food. Occasional immense flooding masks rapidly increasing drought. Conflict may mask that, one day, water will be more expensive than oil.
Desalination, preservation, and storage require strategy, research, industrial development and investment. PA assists:
- Based on science
- Creating supportive majorities
- Establishing multi-stakeholder platforms
- Drafting strategies, operational plans, followed by implementation

Successful societies secure jobs paying for shelter, health, food and education. A world in transition must materialize all requirements for advanced technologies to turn into jobs. This demands regulatory renewal without push-back of oligopolies. Particularly advanced small and medium-sized enterprises and alliances of those require holistically integrated financial, regulatory and diplomatic support. That is what PA provides.

Military conflict exacerbates the consequences of drought. Unacceptable levels of infant malnutrition globally turn into total human disasters in war zones. The African population will double. Massive migration is expected. Outside Africa continued antiquated agricultural practices destroy soil and the environment. The European Commission estimates that the overuse of chemical pesticides in the EU costs 50 bn euro every year and negatively impacts on human health.
PA supports industries and NGOs:
- Develop the most advanced sustainable technologies
- Identify and realise funding
- Renew and adapt relevant regulations
- Promote market access and market pull

Historic facts can be checked. They can be interpreted. They can be seen in the light of new discoveries and understandings. But they cannot be faked. They cannot be changed. And yet they are. Particularly people in isolation (see graph) appear susceptible to targeted fake news. Its final goal is expressed by global aggression. That goal requires distrust. That is what fragments societies. That breaks up mutual respect for diverging opinions and interests. That creates radicalism among dissatisfied or alienated groups. That feeds violence. Violence destroys security: food security, water security and job security.
Successor generations catalyze around two opposing views: a better world for all versus a better world for some. A 160 billion USD industry has tapped into this juxtaposition. This appears to be at the expense of better education of critical professional groups such as farmers, teachers, technologists, pharmacists, nutritionists. PA develops initiatives and projects to address these phenomena effectively.
